Women have entered the workforce in droves for more than half a century and in an effort to succeed, they have often adapted their naturally supportive and collaborative natures to compete in a predominantly masculine business culture – abandoning their authentic selves to, at best, survive in this world.
This is particularly true for entrepreneurial women and leaders who are building communities.
